This Privacy Policy describes how "Misja na Wschód" we Wrocławiu (hereinafter: MnaW) collects, processes and protects personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the following personal data:

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Additionally, the following data may be processed:

  • Contact form data – name, email, message content.
  • Card donation data (Stripe) – payment data processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. MnaW does not store card numbers.
  • Bank transfer donation data – name and transfer title from banking records.
  • Analytics data – anonymous website traffic data (Google Analytics).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

  • SMS communication – notifications about events, holiday greetings, organizational information (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent).
  • Email contact – responding to inquiries, sharing information about MnaW activities (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • Processing donations – payment processing and accounting documentation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Website statistics – anonymous analytics data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).

4. Data Sharing

Personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Data may only be shared with the following entities for service delivery:

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. – card payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
  • Google LLC – Analytics / Tag Manager (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Hosting provider – to the extent necessary for website operation.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact data (name, phone, email) – until consent is withdrawn or up to 36 months from last contact.
  • Contact form data – up to 12 months from last contact.
  • Donation data – 5 years (statutory accounting obligations under Polish law).
  • Analytics data – 26 months.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – you can request information about what personal data we process.
  • Right to rectification – you can correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure – you can request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Right to restriction of processing – you can limit how we process your data.
  • Right to data portability – you can receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object – you can object to data processing.
  • Right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw your consent at any time.
